Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection. There being no further objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 23(JUD) "An Act relating to opioid overdose drugs and to immunity for prescribing, providing, or administering opioid overdose drugs" was adopted. Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 23(JUD) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 23(JUD) "An Act relating to opioid overdose drugs and to immunity for prescribing, providing, or administering opioid overdose drugs" pass the Senate?"
